Order Processing

  • We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be expected to be dispatched within 4-5 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.

Order Tracking & Return Shipping charges

  • You'll receive a tracking number from us in your inbox as soon as it ships! Orders can be tracked in real-time 

Return Shipping Charges:

  • If the return is due to the customer's preference ( unmatched color or customer dint like the product), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or manufacturing defect), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • Final Decision All returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to approve or reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For COD orders an additional fee is applicable towards "cash handling" by the delivery partner.

  •  Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight.

Shipping Time

  • For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. You will be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders or during promotional periods.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If delivery fails due to the customer's unavailability or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos (if applicable), and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
